Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of Talsior at https://talsior.com (the “Site”) and purchases through the Site. “Talsior,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to the storefront operated by Shaanxi Xinshi Qingyue Trading Co., Ltd., whose registered address is Room 412, Unit 2, Building 6, Phase 2, Linkong Industrial Park, Airport New City, Xixian New Area, Shaanxi Province, China, K861.
By using the Site or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent allowed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms takes away rights that consumers cannot lawfully waive.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be able to enter into a lawful purchase agreement in your jurisdiction, or use the Site with the involvement of a parent or guardian where permitted. If customer accounts are available, provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and notify us about suspected unauthorized use. We may restrict accounts that are used fraudulently or unlawfully, subject to applicable law.
2. Products and Information
We aim to describe product features, availability, materials, sizes, and prices accurately. Images and screen displays may not reproduce colors or appearance exactly. If an error is material to your purchase, we will provide an appropriate remedy under applicable law. Products and prices may change; placing an item in a cart does not reserve inventory.
3. Orders and Acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgment confirms that we have received the request; it does not always constitute acceptance where the law allows otherwise. We may contact you or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including stock unavailability, payment failure, shipping restrictions, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after charging you, we will arrange the applicable refund.
4. Prices, Payment, and Taxes
The checkout displays available payment methods, applicable charges, and the order total. Shipping costs and taxes are determined by the destination and the information shown before payment. International orders may be subject to duties, import taxes, or brokerage costs as disclosed at checkout and required by law. We do not guarantee that any specific payment method is available for every customer.
5. Processing and Delivery
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Estimated shipping transit is 7–15 business days after dispatch. Processing and transit are separate periods; delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Available shipping destinations and methods are the options shown at checkout. 6. Address Changes and Cancellations
Check your shipping details carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error or wish to cancel, email service@talsior.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate requests made before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun or a parcel has shipped. Approved cancellations after payment will be refunded as required by our policies and applicable law.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Eligible items may be requested for return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Contact our team for instructions before returning goods; do not ship items to the registered company address without specific authorization. For voluntary returns, return shipping is generally paid by the customer unless applicable law requires otherwise. For verified damage, defects, or incorrect fulfillment, we will cover applicable return costs or offer another lawful remedy. We do not charge a restocking fee.
When a refund is approved, we initiate it to the original payment method within 10 business days, or sooner where required by law. 8. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Site, transmit malware, interfere with security or operation, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, or violate the rights of others. We may use proportionate measures to protect the Site, customers, and payment systems.
9. Intellectual Property
Storefront branding, original content, designs, and other protected materials are owned or used with appropriate rights by their respective holders. Do not reproduce or exploit protected materials without permission except as permitted by law. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their owners.
10. Third-Party Services
The Site may use external service providers for hosting, checkout, payments, shipping, or other functions. Some third-party sites and services have their own terms. Nothing in this section removes rights or remedies that applicable consumer law provides against us.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes how personal information is handled, including contact details for privacy requests. Your use of the Site may also be subject to applicable privacy choices offered through the storefront.
12. Liability and Consumer Rights
To the extent permitted by law, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be disclaimed, including non-waivable consumer protections and liabilities for which exclusion is prohibited. No provision limits statutory rights in relation to defective goods, misleading descriptions, or other mandatory remedies.
13. Updates and Contact
